Free Education Classes for Home BUYERS and the Home SELLERS.... 

We feel very strongly that education should always be the first step in the home buying, or selling, adventure, and as such try to hold these classes in a community center or location that also emphasizes our commitment to keeping the classes non-promotional and in a welcoming environment. Our classes are direct, straightforward, and honest. We do believe in having fun at our classes, but we do not believe in sugarcoating the process. We want to encourage your comments, questions, and feedback! We are here to help you in your homebuying, or selling, adventure.

All classes are non-promotional, fun, informative, based upon your needs and questions, and of course, ALWAYS FREE!  We are volunteers, and yes, hope that you will want to hire us to help with your home buying, or home selling, adventure, but the real point of the classes is to help you understand the process and paperwork involved in buying, or selling a home.  We want you to be able to make informed decisions that work best for you, and your family.  Questions are always encouraged, and walk ins are always welcome.

Free Home SELLER Education https://learningtobuyahome.com/home-seller-classes/ Classes offer information and explanations on the  paperwork and disclosures involved in selling a home from a lender, a real estate broker.  Interested in just 'window shopping'?  Let me know what you are looking for, where you want to be, and what price range, and I can set you up for automatic updates from the mls.  No pressure....and no worries...  Information is always available.   The RMLS link to the left side of this page will link you to the professional site used by agents to list homes.  This site has laws in place for agents to follow that many other sites do not.  Homes you find on the mls are available and for sale, and once an offer is accepted that home is removed from the mls.  This is not true on many sites.
