Free Home Buyer Education Classes that are non-promotional and offer a Washington State Housing Finance Commission certificate upon completion. Classes offer the steps to the home buying process, and the home loan programs available to help home buyers, in a easy to understand and laid back atmosphere. Questions are encouraged, and walk ins always welcome.
Interested in just 'window shopping'? Let me know what you are looking for, where you want to be, and what price range, and I can set you up for automatic updates from the mls. No pressure....and no worries... Information is always available. The RMLS link to the left side of this page will link you to the professional site used by agents to list homes. This site has laws in place for agents to follow that many other sites do not. Homes you find on the mls are available and for sale, and once an offer is accepted that home is removed from the mls. This is not true on many sites.
