A lender will also discuss choosing the right loan program for you, and what you need to get started.
Also discussed, and covered is the entire real estate process including the difference between Buyer's agent& Listing agents, finding a home, the offer process, earnest money, escrow, inspections, insurance, appraisals,home warranties, foreclosures, builders, and so much more!
